The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always available to assist. Had an amazing Xmas stay at this hotel. The decoration and ambiance in the lobby were so cozy, giving us the perfect Xmas vibes. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they even offered us complimentary hot cocoa and cookies on our arrival. The sauna was just what we needed after a cold day out and about, and it was working perfectly fine. The location was perfect as it was just a few minutes from the motorway and the thermal park.
The walls were a bit thin, as we could hear some noises from the room next door. , the breakfast options were a bit limited compared to other 4* hotels we had previously stayed at.

Located right next to the highway and close to the Terme Catez water park, this hotel is very convenient for travelers. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with new furniture and comfortable beds. the TV has a sleep function and offers a huge number of channels in almost every EU language. the hotel is eco, friendly, with energy, saving measures and solar panels on the roof. the breakfast and dinner are tasty, but dinner has no choice of the food. Sauna is a nice touch to the hotel facilities.
The check, in process can be slow, which might be frustrating for some guests.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was a good experience. the spa and pool area gave us the relaxation that we needed. the food was decent with a variety of choices. We enjoyed the live music and entertainment provided by the hotel. the staff went out of their way to be accommodating and make everyone feel welcomed.
The rooms were not very clean and outdated. the beds were not comfortable and the pillows were too hard.
